The longer version

I run Evarexus, our family’s investment and operating holding company. It owns Namu Advisory, a tax and advisory practice in Ocean County, New Jersey, which we built on the acquisition of Morrissey & Associates in December 2025, and it holds minority investments in private companies.

I’m also co-founder and CFO of Namu Technology, a managed IT and cybersecurity firm serving Ventura County and Greater Los Angeles, and co-founder, CFO and CTO of Known.

My career has run across FinTech, wealth management, EdTech, blockchain and IoT, usually in the seat where finance meets technology. Along the way I was CEO of Softdel; Partner, COO and CCO at Round Table Wealth Management; and contract CTO at Aurigin.

B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, Boston University.

I rebuild antique cars, mostly British, mostly their engines. I follow F1, read constantly, seek out old libraries, travel whenever I can, and hope to earn a pilot’s license one day. A New Yorker by birth, married to Jen, and dad to three boys.
